Marc is president and a founding partner of The Investment Center and Rosenfelt, Siegel & Goldberg. He has practiced public accounting since 1975, and his areas of specialization include personal financial planning, accounting, and investment management for corporations and individuals, as well as estates, trusts, gift taxation, and compliance. Marc began managing trust funds in 1983, and he opened a branch of
The Investment Center, Inc. in 1999 to further expand the firm's offerings to include managed investment services.
Marc has lectured and been a discussion leader for accountants, lawyers, physicians, and business owners in many areas of financial planning, including taxation and income tax planning, estate planning for closely-held business owners, and wealth creation and preservation. He has also been interviewed on radio and quoted in the
Philadelphia Inquirer on numerous occasions and was a featured speaker at a tax planning seminar hosted by Smith Barney Inc. He has been named a FIVE STAR Wealth Manager
SM by
Philadelphia Magazine since 2012. (

A graduate of
Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Marc holds a bachelor’s degree in business and administration with majors in accounting and in finance. He has been a member of the
Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1979, a member of the
Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) since 2006, and a member of the tax, personal financial planning, and information technology sections of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Marc is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), a
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) professional, an investment advisor representative with IC Advisory Services, Inc.
At the firm, Art's responsibilities include quality review and control, accounting for small businesses, advising individuals and small business owners on best practices, and tax planning and preparation for individuals and businesses.
Art is a devotee of old movies and enjoys woodworking, gardening, and photography. He currently serves on the advisory board of the Our Lady of Hope School in Philadelphia.
Chris enjoys basketball, golf, home improvements, and anything outdoors during the summer. He and his wife Mary, a school teacher, have three grown children who all reside in the area.
Kevin joined the firm in 1988 after graduating from
LaSalle University in Philadelphia with a bachelor's degree in accounting. He passed the CPA exam in 1990, is licensed in the securities industry, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). His primary responsibilities include accounting and tax work for our small business clients, as well as individual tax planning and preparation and estate and trust tax preparation. He works as an Investment Advisor Representative for IC Advisory Services, Inc.
Kevin is a member of the board of directors for the
Springfield Athletic Association and the director of the club's travel softball program. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, as well as coaching youth softball for the township youth organization and the Springfield middle school.
In her free time, Liz enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking and horseback riding. She also volunteers at Sebastian Riding Associates, a therapeutic riding academy in Collegeville, PA.

Bob joined the firm in 1985. He uses his deep experience in accounting and finance to serve our clients in all areas of financial planning. He meets with clients to assess their financial situation along with their personal goals and needs. Bob then develops a tax or financial plan to meet these objectives. He also manages client assets, including monitoring and reviewing investment performance.
Bob holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in accounting from
Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has been a member of the Pennsylvania and
American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants since 1985. As a financial services professional, he is an investment Advisor Representative for IC Advisory Services, Inc.

Timothy P. Hughes, CPA, MST

Tim joined the firm in 1998 and became a partner in 2008. He is primarily responsible for preparing financial statements and tax returns for our clients. He is our in-house Certified Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Having worked as a ProAdvisor for more than a decade, he is proficient in all of our tax and financial software, including ProSystems Fx Tax and ProSystems Client Write Up. Tim earned his bachelor's of science degree in accounting from LaSalle University, graduating Cum Laude in 1994, and obtained his Master of Science in Taxation (MST) from Northeastern University in Boston in the fall of 2012. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the AICPA Tax Division.
Active in a variety of volunteer activities, he is a member of the Ancient Order of Hiberians (Division 39, Phildelphia) and has been involved in the Rotary Club of Abington at Edge Hill. He also volunteered at the 2000 Republican National Convention in Philadelphia, The Abington Youth Aid Panel, The Philadelphia Marathon, The ESPN X-Games, and many other events. Tim lives in Glenside, PA with his wife Valerie and their son Declan.

Paul is currently an Assistant Professor of Accounting at La Salle University’s School of Business. Having served on faculty at La Salle since 1974, he has taught financial accounting, fraud examination, and auditing in the school’s undergraduate and MBA programs. He is a recipient of the Lindback Award for Distinguished Teaching and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). As service to the profession, Paul serves on the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s (PICPA) Education Committee. He cofounded Monahan, Brazina & Associates CPA Review and served as Chief Financial Officer at National Media Corporation (NYSE), CPC Associates in Wayne, Pennsylvania, and DirectAmerica Corp. in Encino, California.
Before joining Rosenfelt, Siegel and Goldberg, Paul worked as a staff auditor for Price Waterhouse & Co. and a senior auditor for Coopers & Lybrand. He also served in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a line officer. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University. He lives in Merion, Pa., with his wife, Shelly, and has four children. He enjoys cycling, reading, and La Salle basketball.
